These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all players ("Users") who access and use the ak999 platform ("Service"). By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between ak999 and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service and refrain from logging in to ak999.

2.1 — Age Restriction

Only users aged 21 and above are allowed to use ak999's services. Anyone under the required age is strictly prohibited from using the Service. ak999 reserves the right to verify a user's age. If a user is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and the remaining funds may be held.

2.2 — One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may open only one account at ak999. Creating duplicate accounts using the same phone number, email address, bank account, or payment service is not allowed. If this policy is violated, ak999 reserves the right to close all related accounts and cancel any bonuses.

2.3 — Accuracy of Information

Personal information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. If false information is found, ak999 reserves the right to immediately block payments and close the account. Before any withdrawal is processed, ak999 may request the player to submit their National Registration Card or national identity card for verification.

2.4 — Account Security

Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party. ak999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account by others.

3.1 — Deposits

You can deposit at ak999 using KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are normally processed almost instantly; however, please be aware that delays may occur due to banking issues.

• Every deposit is credited to your account only after confirmation by ak999.
• Deposits made from a third party's payment account will not be accepted.
• Please note that your bank may charge a transaction fee for deposits.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Once a withdrawal is approved, it will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will be sent back via the same payment method used for the deposit, and security checks must be completed.

• Funds obtained through bonuses require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until payment details have been verified.
• For account security, ak999 may request your National Registration Card or proof of payment at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 — Changes to Financial Terms

ak999 may change deposit and withdrawal rates, methods, and processing times at any time. We will try to give advance notice where possible, but cannot guarantee it in all cases.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

The ak999 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must first meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

For example:

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum) and your balance becomes 320,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have different wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is still active, ak999 reserves the right to cancel any pending bonuses.
• Bonuses can be used on slots, casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger), and football betting; however, please note that the wagering contribution rate may differ per game.
• If bonus abuse is detected, ak999 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained using that bonus and to review the account.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once; if duplicate accounts are found, the bonus will also be cancelled.

4.3 — VIP and Cashback Promotions

Players in ak999 VIP tiers will receive weekly cashback according to their tier, and eligibility conditions apply. The exact terms of cashback bonuses and VIP rewards will be published on the promotions page and in messages sent to players.

5.1 — Permitted Games

ak999 offers Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots (including Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza), Crash games (including Aviator), football betting, 2D lottery, and Shan Koe Mee. Game results are processed by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and ak999 guarantees fair play.

5.2 — Prohibited Unfair Play

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following unfair practices:

• Using software or bot tools to play games
• Intentionally exploiting game system errors
• Fraudulently claiming bonuses with intent
• Suspicious deposit/withdrawal activity that may indicate money laundering
• Intentionally disrupting other players' gameplay

If any of these actions are found, ak999 has the right to immediately close that player's account and void all bonuses and winnings.

5.3 — Game Result Disputes

If players have objections regarding game results, they can file a complaint with ak999 customer service via 24/7 Live Chat. ak999's investigation decision is final and will be verified using log data from the game provider.

ak999 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption and stores it on secure servers. Players' personal data will be handled in accordance with ak999's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except when required by law.

• ak999 provides responsible gaming tools (deposit limits, temporary account suspension).
• Requests to close an account can be submitted directly to ak999's support team.

ak999 does not take responsibility for gambling losses, as players may lose. ak999's liability for losses arising from platform errors, server outages, or events outside ak999's control is limited to the amount of funds in the player's account.

ak999 is not responsible for losses caused by delays or issues with third-party services (banks, payment methods).

Players have the right to stop using ak999's services at any time of their own free will. ak999 has the right to suspend or immediately close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• When unfair play or fraud is detected
• When there is evidence of financial misconduct (money laundering)
• When it is found that the player is under 21 years of age
• When personal information is found to be incorrect

After account closure, any remaining legitimate funds will be returned after ak999's review is complete, and bonus funds will not be returned.
